Due to last week’s announcement allowing shareholders the ability to participate in a pre-launch presentation, this past week the company has been very busy fielding an increased volume in calls and emails from shareholders passionately expressing their views on the matter. While some believe this move to be potentially more harmful than good, others feel this action will allow them to better understand the viability of the eDOORWAYS platform.
Recognizing the importance and sensitive nature of revealing the platform, eDOORWAYS has determined that in the spirit of compromise, the best way to satisfy everyone is to make a basic pre-launch walk-through presentation available this month – subject however to very specific shareholder registration rules and requirements. Also, by making the appropriate technical integrations, the company can grant shareholders a walk-through within a reasonably protected environment. eDOORWAYS believes this approach will be a win/win for all; assuaging any doubt while protecting shareholder value and interest.
The date of the pre-launch presentation will be Friday, July 31st, 2009. Details of this event, including times, access codes, terms and conditions, registration requirements, etc., will be announced next week.
Once again, the company understands that shareholders are extremely motivated, and because eDOORWAYS values each of you, the company will proactively strive to responsibly manage the expectations of all to show the sincerest appreciation of your support.
Thank you.

eD,
It seems you always have a bit of a struggle describing exactly what eDoorways is. As a reference, I’m going to provide the following link to an interview you provided to IRG News:
http://irgnews.com/podcast/episode11
For more examples, it seems that at all of your investor conferences, you’ve struggled to define eDoorways to investors. As an investor, this is somewhat concerning.
More often than not, your definitions are vague and imprecise. This makes it very difficult to explain the concept to friends and family. From your public appearances, all my friends and family receive is that eDoorways does everything.
The concern, among others, is further supported by a fellow blogger and sector analyst in his article series all about your company:

I’ve heard a similar question come up in the past, but it was addressed poorly with a long and drawn out spiel that confused more than it explained. My question is this:
Do you have a one or two sentence definition of what eDoorways is/will be?

Certainly Ambel! Try these:
The SOLVE Doorway: A web-based e-commerce platform and service offering that creates a premium environment for buyers and sellers of goods and services.
eDOORWAYS: A new, highly personalized environment for using the web that leverages artificial intelligence and Web 3.0 technology.

You stated during the IRG interview that there WILL be 7 doorways. We are currently aware of “Solve” and “Learn”. What kind of ideas do you have for the other five?
And how contingent is the success of “Solve” to the creation of the other five? And if the capital is reserved for the creation of the other five, does the company have the opinion that the more doorways available, sooner rather than later, the better chance for overall acceptance and viral probability of the eDoorways brand?

eD,
The second is a bit too general to reach understanding amongst my peers and family, but the first is much closer to what I’m looking for.
Thanks,
~A

Hi Adam. Our development philosophy is guided by the fact that there are common elements to how we all live our lives. That is, we all spend part of our time each day solving problems, learning things, reaching out and engaging others, creating new possibilities, taking action to help others, playing (having fun), building things, and so on. The eDOORWAYS brand is an attempt to build an environment that enables these activities in new, exciting ways in view of the evolving worldwide web. The remaining five doorways carry this theme forward.
A basic rule we’ve established is that each door must stand on its own both logically as well as in terms of its ability to generate revenue effectively. This rule also applies to SOLVE and LEARN. Each must be successful in its own right, yet each must also fit logically and functionally with the other six.
There are currently five additional doorways. We have decided not to release their names until each is ready to enter the marketplace. Ultimately, there may be more than seven doorways (which is unlikely). If there are, our guess will be that it will be because a new doorway is obvious to a large number of you. That’s the way it’s worked so far!
We are not contemplating the failure of either SOLVE or LEARN. We think that both have an excellent chance of succeeding. The other five doorways are entirely different. That being said, if there were a problem with either of the first two we would definitely want to assess the situation before continuing to make sure we don’t replicate the mistake as we continue on. But we WILL continue, since there is so much potential with each of the other doorways!
In closing, we believe that the revenue potential of each doorway is outstanding. Each new day has served to reinforce that observation.
